1. About the service

AI Job Maker ("we", "us", "the service") is an online resume builder that helps you create a base resume, tailor it to job descriptions with AI assistance, generate cover letters, and download the results as PDF or Word files. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or violate these terms.

3. Credits and payments

• New accounts receive 3 free tailoring credits. 1 credit covers one tailored resume with its ATS match score and cover letter.
• Additional credits are purchased as one-off top-up packs via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Packs are not subscriptions and never renew automatically.
• Credits never expire and are not transferable between accounts.
• If a generation fails after a credit is consumed, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees on the pricing section and may change; changes never affect credits you already own.

4. Fair use

Free AI actions (bullet and summary refinement, resume imports, cover letter regenerations) are subject to daily limits. Automated scraping, bulk account creation, reselling access, and attempts to overload the service are prohibited.

5. Your content

Your resume data belongs to you. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service (for example, sending resume text to our AI provider to generate a tailored version). We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. You can delete your data at any time.

6. AI output

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. The service is designed to never invent employers, dates, or qualifications, but you are responsible for reviewing every resume and cover letter before sending it to an employer. ATS match scores are estimates computed against the job description you provide and do not guarantee interview outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
